Xenabambu sells durable, reusable products made from natural bamboo and stainless steel. Every item is chosen to be practical, long-lasting and easy to use every day.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them. Tell us within those 14 days using the , then send the items back within a further 14 days. Please return them unused and in their original condition. You pay the cost of returning them, unless the item is faulty.

Your name, email address and delivery address when you place an order; the messages you send us through the contact form or by email; your email address if you join our mailing list; and your order history. Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

To take and deliver your orders, to reply to your messages, to keep records, and, only if you sign up, to email you about new products and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our legal reasons

We use your information to carry out your order (contract), to keep records and meet our legal duties, for our legitimate interests in running and securing our shop, and, for marketing emails, with your consent.

Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), delivery couriers (to deliver your order), our website host Cloudflare, and our email provider. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it
